Your employer has purchased yoga classes for your health and wellness benefit! Use the customized promo code supplied by your employer to $0.00 the class.   

To Attend Live Zoom Classes: For each class you wish to attend visit the class schedule and select Sign Up.  You must sign into class to get the link. You will get an email 1-hour prior to class. Running late? No worries! You can still sign up within the 1-hour window and get the Zoom link. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see an email. 

Once you are signed in for class you will receive an email from hello@fitgrid.com and within 60 minutes of the class’ scheduled start time, you’ll receive another email with a unique link to access the live stream. Not seeing the email? Once you are signed into class it would be a good idea to set your email account so that messages from “hello@fitgrid.com” always arrive in your inbox, and are never marked as spam. Search your spam and promotions folders.  Look for subject lines containing the phrase “live-stream link”. Make sure you are in a place with good internet connection-otherwise, the stream may skip. Click your unique link a few minutes before class is schedule to start! If you have the Zoom application on your device already, you’ll join immediately.
