- Complete 8 modules of training. These modules have about 20 hours of practice and learning seminars to complete. These modules include detailed instruction on poses, yoga philosophy, the business of teaching yoga, personal development, meditation and more.
- Attend 4 online mentoring sessions with peers and HYL Teachers as Leaders online community learning seminars that include reviewing material, answering your questions, and reviewing pose alignment.
- You are welcome to take the training at your own pace – increased or slowed down as your schedule permits.
