A lot of yogis will assume that since they don’t plan to become a yoga teacher, that yoga teacher training isn’t for them. The truth is yoga teacher training can be an incredible way to grown in your own practice and build on your love for yoga.
Building A Strong Foundation
All kinds of students come to yoga teacher training. Some may have years or even decades of yoga under their belt, while others may have never done a Downward Dog. Health Yoga Life’s Yoga Teacher Training was created to meet all students where they are and helps create a strong foundation for your individual yoga practice. Not only will you learn the poses, you’ll learn the 8 limbs of yoga (the poses are just one!), the history of yoga, how to create a meditation practice, yoga ethics, and so much more. With this education, you’ll be able to build a solid yoga practice that will serve you for the rest of your life.
Learning From Experts
All the lectures, classes, and assignments have been created by experienced yoga teachers who have years of experience. You’ll also get access to our On Demand Library of over 200 classes, including Basics and Restorative, all taught by our incredible Health Yoga Life instructors. While our Basics program does not include Zoom sessions with faculty, you’ll still get the benefit of learning from qualified yoga teachers.
Our training is all-virtual and self-paced. You work through the 8 modules on your own time. If you need to take longer with one module, it’s up to you. Basics is for those yogis who are independent learners and can take the material into their own hands. No one will chase you down for assignments, so your learning is totally in your control.
Yoga Teacher Training can be a huge financial commitment. We’ve made our Basics program affordable, and we also offer a payment plan.
With the Basics program you’ll get access to:
- 8 online modules
- On Demand Library of over 200 classes
- Mind, Mood, and Muscle online program
- Administrative support
It does not include: Zoom sessions with faculty, homework assessment, or certification. If the Basics program seems like it might be right for you, read the rest of the program details, and contact us with any questions you have.
