Good News All Around! Boston’s Best! by Vyda Bielkus

Health Yoga Life, my sisters, and I are extremely excited and honored to be recognized by the Imporper Bostonian, Boston’s Best issue 2012!  We started Health Yoga Life in Boston’s Beacon Hill, to serve people on their journey of health, of yoga, of life!    We offer daily yoga classes for all-levels of students.   Since we opened we have been thrilled to grow the community together with you–first strangers, then students, and now friends! Everyday we are grateful for the work we share with others as we build a budding yoga community in the heart of Boston.  Join us.  It is never too early or too late to start a yoga practice.  The right time is now.

Power ’n’ Flow at Health Yoga Life

Vyda Bielkus combats the chaos of modern life with focus, introspection and invigorating yoga. “Between work, family, friends and other distractions, people have little opportunity for self-care,” Bielkus says. She doesn’t play music during this Vinyasa class, bringing more awareness to breath and body. “Power ’n’ Flow is a time to recharge the batteries and see where our life is, from the inside out.” Bielkus, one of four sisters who run the new Beacon Hill studio, invites students of all levels to experience peace (and strengthening) to the core.

There is no better way to learn about the practice you love than through a yoga teacher training.

Join us and give yourself the opportunity to rest, heal, shed, and grow.
