Whether you take yoga class with us in our Boston or Cambridge yoga studios, or have done our yoga teacher training or perhaps traveled on one of our yoga retreats with us, we thank you.  You are our inspiration.

Health Yoga Life is committed to continue to bring you ways that you can expand your yoga practice and transform your life.  This entire week we will celebrate with little surprises that we hope you enjoy!
