National Yoga Month: Bring a Friend for Free!

“The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.” -T.K.V. Desikachar

It’s time to come back to your mat, yogi. You’ve been busy over the summer traveling, enjoying the beautiful weather, meeting with friends, visiting family. It’s been amazing, but now it’s time.

Time to come back to yourself, your body, and your practice. On your mat, you become clear about everything from your schedule to your relationships. When you practice, you feel calmer, more level-headed, more connected, fulfilled, joyful, and grateful.

As most of us settle into the fall, our schedules and priorities shift. We may be more settled in our home lives, but business, school, events all come back into full swing when the autumn arrives.

It seems so counter-intuitive, but when you feel super busy and like you’re being pulled in a million different directions, the absolute best thing you can do is give yourself some time to reconnect with your heart, body, and soul on your mat.

Plus, as the weather cools, the juicy heat and humidity of the studio feel soooooooooo freaking good. You KNOW you agree with us, yogi!

In that spirit, Health Yoga Life is giving you the chance to also share this practice that has been so transformative for you with someone important to you.

For the rest of September, in honor of the changing season, National Yoga Month, and simply because we love you, you can BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE to our Cambridge or Boston Yoga Studios.

The details: your friend needs to be new to our studio and the offer is only good one time per person. Share the love. You know yoga changes everything. Bringing your friend to yoga is a really nourishing alternative to happy hour or a great way to start your day. You may even change their life.

There is no better way to learn about the practice you love than through a yoga teacher training.

Join us and give yourself the opportunity to rest, heal, shed, and grow.
